How We Inspect

A practical four-step approach from requirements review to clear technical reporting.

01

Review Requirements

We review the inspection scope, drawings, test plans and relevant project requirements before attendance.

02

Attend Inspection

We attend the manufacturer or project location and witness the agreed inspection or test activities.

03

Verify Results

Observed results, measurements, documentation and open points are checked and recorded clearly.

04

Issue Technical Report

A concise technical report is issued with the inspection status, observations and supporting details.

REAL FIELD INSPECTION

Inspection work in real industrial environments

Selected examples of real inspection work, including motor and electrical testing, valve checks, dimensional verification, document review and industrial equipment inspection.

Typical inspection checkpoints and records

A practical inspection connects the project requirements to what is physically observed and to the records produced during manufacturing and testing. The exact checkpoints vary by equipment and assignment.

  • Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) checkpoints
  • Approved drawings and selected dimensional verification
  • Visual condition, workmanship, identification and markings
  • Calibration records for instruments used during witnessed measurements when relevant
  • Functional, performance, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or pressure tests as applicable
  • Material and product traceability records when included
  • Open technical observations, punch items and retest status
  • Photographic evidence, measurements and concise technical reporting
